# AgentPlaybooks > Portable operating environments for AI agents: personas, instructions, Agent Skills, memory, MCP connections, and versioned work documents. The canonical website is https://agentplaybooks.ai. https://apbks.com serves the same application as a short domain. Documentation below is public and available as plain Markdown. ## Documentation - [Getting started](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/getting-started.md): Create a playbook and connect an agent. - [Playbooks](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/playbooks.md): Playbook contents and usage. - [MCP integration](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/mcp-integration.md): MCP endpoints, OAuth, API keys, and client setup. - [API reference](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/api-reference.md): REST endpoints, identifiers, and authentication. - [Management API](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/management-api.md): Account-level operations and authorization boundaries. - [Skills](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/skills.md): Portable skills and their supporting resources. - [CLI](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/cli.md): Local configuration audits and synchronization. - [Portable backups](https://agentplaybooks.ai/docs/portable-agent-backups.md): Backup, migration, and restoration. ## Agent access The account-level MCP endpoint is https://agentplaybooks.ai/api/mcp/manage. Playbook-scoped MCP endpoints use /api/mcp/YOUR_GUID; use the actual playbook GUID or UUID supplied by its owner, never the placeholder. Interactive clients use OAuth. API keys are supported for authorized automation. A 401 response from a protected endpoint means authentication is required; follow its authentication metadata and the MCP integration guide. For an authorized, playbook-specific plain-text guide, request /api/mcp/YOUR_GUID/llms.txt with the appropriate credential. That endpoint is separate from this public site-wide index. Public skill discovery is available at https://agentplaybooks.ai/.well-known/skills/. Private playbooks, credentials, and account data are not part of this public index.
